  • No worries! Every skin journey is different. If you’re unsure where to start, I recommend booking a Skin Consultation or selecting the treatment that best aligns with your goals. Every service is fully customized to your skin’s unique needs, and we’ll make adjustments as needed during your appointment.

  • Please arrive with clean skin if possible and avoid excessive exfoliation, retinol, or active ingredients for 2–3 days prior to your treatment unless otherwise advised. If you have questions before your appointment, don’t hesitate to reach out.

  • This depends on your skin goals and concerns, but most clients benefit from treatments every 4–6 weeks to maintain healthy, balanced skin and long-term results. During your appointment, personalized recommendations will be made based on your skin.

    Card on File Required
    A valid card on file is required to reserve your appointment. Your card will only be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined below.

    Cancellations & Rescheduling
    If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

    Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

    No-Show Appointments
    No-call, no-show appointments will incur a fee equal to 75% of the scheduled service.

    Late Arrivals
    Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full experience. A 10-minute grace period is provided. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the cancellation policy may apply.
